CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE PLANNING IN THE WAKE OF THE SECURE ACT
Join Alan Gassman, Christopher Denicolo and Brandon Ketron for this 90 minute webinar which addresses the sweeping changes to estate planning for all retirement plans, how the new rules affect each type of client’s estate plan, and opportunities and pitfalls resulting from this far-reaching law.
Participants in the program will receive charts and other materials that will help advisors understand and explain the complex provisions of the SECURE Act, and provide advisors with language for trust documents and planning techniques that can be implemented to help assure that client’s estate plans are best positioned in light of the SECURE Act. There is no ""one size fits all"" solution to a client’s plan, and each situation needs to be evaluated and alternatives need to be considered to help assure that each client gets the best plan for him or her.
Attendees will also learn the rules that have changed and the rules that have stayed the same, and why trust planning can be very important with respect to retirement plans.
