Over the course of many years, LISI has been delighted to provide members with Marty Shenkman’s notes from the proceedings at the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. Heckerling, as it is affectionately known, is the nation's leading conference for estate planners, attorneys, trust officers, accountants, insurance advisors and wealth management professionals. 2018 was the 52nd installment of Heckerling, and the meeting this year focused in part on the changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the practical planning implications created by the tax bill.

In his exclusive LISI webinar, you can hear Marty live as he reviews all of the proceeding from this very important meeting. For those not fortunate enough to be in sunny Orlando this year, Marty is the next best thing to being there. Note that registrants will also receive Marty’s notes from the proceedings, which is an added bonus.
